Pyramids Hospitality Inc. is a full service Real Estate, Development and Management Company headquartered in Coppell, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The company was formed in December 2001 to acquire and manage mid-priced hotel properties rated three (3) diamonds by the American Automobile Association (AAA). In January 2002 Pyramids Hospitality acquired AmeriHost-Inn located in Allen, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. Subsequently, in March 2007, Pyramids Hospitality launched the new “Pyramids Hotels” brand specializing in Boutique hotels and converted its AmeriHost Inn-Allen to the new brand after undergoing extensive renovation. The property encompassed luxuries only found in full-service hotels, yet with an Egyptian flare. In May 2015, Pyramids Hospitality sold its interest in Pyramids Hotel-Allen and shifted its investments into the real estate market. The first properties to join its portfolio, were two office buildings located in Shady Oaks Development in Southlake, Texas. Pyramids Hospitality Investments, L.P. – a division of Pyramids Hospitality, Inc. – purchased the two Buildings in Shady Oaks Development and will continue to pursue similar properties to add to its real estate portfolio.
